300ml d'eau tiède
La farine blanche de blé 360g
La semoule très fine semouline 250g
1càs levure boulangère sèche 10g
Graines de Cumin
Pc de sel
La Garniture
2 Aubergines
1oignon
2 gousses d'ail
250g viande hachée
Huile d'olive
Sel poivre curcuma cumin paprika
Coriandre fraîche
Fromage sandwich
