4 years From Tuck To Full Planche On Rings Progression | CalisthenicsDude
The biggest goal I had from the beginning of my calisthenics careér was to be able to preform a full planche on rings with excellent form. It took me 4 years to master it if we include injury time otherwise it would of maybe taken around 2 years to get it.
