Maggie McDermut
Maggie entered the overlanding world upon purchasing her first vehicle 4 years ago, a 1986 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ70, affectionately called Beastie. She quickly fell in love with the community and the kind of travel overlanding has to offer. Her travels have focused on the American Southwest but have spanned the entire US including Alaska, and northwest Canada while primarily traveling alone. With a learn-as-you-go attitude she's learned ins and outs to life on the road.
Bill Elwell & Pam Standley
Bill and Pam have been traveling 4WD vehicles since the early 80’s. For over 10 years they traveled extensively in a Jeep Wrangler towing an off-road trailer. In 2015 and they put together their next adventure vehicle based on a pickup camper. It is most often towing a trailer loaded with mountain bikes and kayaks. Trips include various adventures in the lower 48 states, an excursion up to the Arctic Ocean in 2017, and a 13,000 mile loop up through the Canadian Maritime Provinces in 2019.
Mike Endres
Mike Endres is an accomplished & published professional outdoor photographer, having compiled a body of work that represents over 45 years of in-the-field work. A 37-year veteran of the US Army, he's also had numerous opportunities to travel the world and photograph various cultures and natural scenes. His work has been shown in international venues and published in numerous periodicals. A conservationist at heart, much of his work is also donated to various wildlife organizations to promote their efforts. His most recent project, A Guide to The National Monuments of the West, is due to be published & released in the summer of 2020.
