A patient in her early 60s has a slowly growing painful bump on the top of her foot for several years. She can no longer wear high heel shoes or participate in running and other fitness activities. After exhausting conservative measures, she comes in for surgical correction of the problem.
Correction: "Fascia" is misspelled at 3:26.
