Just on the outskirts of Bangkok, sits the newly constructed Notting Hill Condo and only just around the corner from the new BTS Praksa Station Samut Prakan.

There is a choice of 4 different size condominiums, from a 23.5 sqm 1 bedroom up to a “1 plus” bedroom at 40 sqm with either views towards the city, or the surrounding district. At the time of videoing, the complex was still under construction and we were only able to view 2 of the 4 floor plans.

The price range for the condo’s that we were able to view are from US$43,600 up to US$117,300. Rental prices are estimated to be in the range of US$195 to US$300 per month.
