Red Velvet Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS
for 8 pancakes

Pancakes:
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk (250ml)
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp red food coloring
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 1/4 cups all-purposes flour (150g)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder

Cream Cheese Drizzle:
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (30g)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (50g)
1/2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
