This is one of Joanna's favorite parts of the sprouting process and one she loves to share. Part 3 here shows the first real development of sprouts and what to look for. You'll see and learn what Mung beans, Pinto beans, Yellow Mustard and Alfalfa all look like when they're first starting to sprout. You'll learn how much water to put in and you'll see how the homemade sprouting trays work, in action.
