When you max on push ups #pushups #strength

Been finding new ways to add weight to simple compound movements and found this one by @vladimirshmondenko simple execution and straight to the point. I love loading up on push ups and even though it took some time to set up, worth the wait.

Why I like this better than push ups on the ground with plates on my back?
I feel like I can get deeper in the motion on the rack and not limited with the ground.
I enjoy how the weight is loaded up so it’s not pressing in my back and can control the movement better.
I get full range of motion of my shoulder blades.
