Варенье из зеленных грецких орехов

Jam of nut.

To prepare lime water 1 day, to keep into the lime water and to mix the nuts. We preparare the lime water in such way 0,5 kilograms of lime, than we mix with 5 liters of water and to keep for 1 dayin lime water. When the day will be over to clean the nuts very well and it become black. After good cleaning to keep it into cold water for the lime water"s smell to be gone. Than to boil into warm water for 10 minutes. Than to pour the water, to cover with forks and to fill into kvass. The water we prepare in such way for 100 nuts 1 liter water and plus 2 teaspoons of kvass. To boil for 10 - 20 minutes , to pour into cold water and to keep for 2-3 hours. To preparare syrup for 100 nuts. 1 liter water plus 2-2,5 kilograms sugar. To boil the syrup and to take the foam and than to fill the nuts and to boil for 30 minutes, and to turn off the fire and to keep for 1 day. The next day to repeat the same situations to boil for 30 minutes, and to try if the nuts are already ready , than to fill the spices , and if not to repeat the same in the third day. Before being ready to fill the spices for 15 minutes ago. For 100 nuts 100 grams of cinnamon, 10 grams of carnation , 3or 5 cardamon , 0,5 teaspoon of lemon acid. When the all will be boiledto keep for several times for spices to give the smell. Than we can twist , the spices we can pour into the gauze, than to fill into the syrup, than to fill it merely. Good appetite.
