Baker's Cyst Aspiration + PRP

A Baker's cyst can occur as a result of an injury to the knee, such as a tear in a meniscus, or damage to the cartilage from conditions such as osteoarthritis. These conditions may cause the synovial cells lining the knee joint to produce excess fluid and accumulate. This excess fluid can cause pain and swelling in the knee and must be addressed before moving forward with a regenerative procedure such as PRP. This is another great illustration of the importance of image guidance when we are diagnosing and treating knee joint conditions.
