ImprovTetris
An implementation of Tetris with an improvisational twist: players create custom block shapes by contorting their bodies as they play. ImprovTetris uses a standard NTSC video camera to detect the player's body shape and analyzes it in real time to determine the shape of the falling block. It was implemented entirely on an FPGA - there is no computer software involved in the video processing or VGA video output. Completed as a 6.111 final project.
