ON the WATER Catch, Clean, COOK & ENJOY! Cero Mackerel Ceviche! Florida Fishing

We head out of Hillsboro Inlet and catch a mackerel, clean it on the boat, and even turn it into delicious ceviche all within a few hours!! We put out some chum to catch ballyhoo for bait, and I use a bucktail jig to catch the mackerel. Viktor catches a beautiful mutton snapper on a ballyhoo! I clean the mackerel on the boat and I make ceviche with yellow peppers, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime and Tapatio!
