HUGE Snapper & BIGGEST Amberjack! Catch, Clean & Cook! Key West, Florida Fishing!

We head offshore in Key West to do some bottom fishing! We catch a bunch of amberjacks, bonita and a really nice mutton snapper! It was really rough conditions but we made it work and brought home some nice fish! I show you how to clean a mutton snapper, then meet you in the kitchen to make seared snapper, baked asparagus and caprese orzo! It was so delicious!!
