A full body, bodyweight barre workout combining traditional barre exercises (like pulsing plíes) with larger, full body dynamic exercises. And some optional cardio intervals to raise your heart rate.
The result, a calorie-burning barre class that works the entire body — legs, butt, thighs, arms, and abs!
