കോട്ടയം സ്വദേശിയായ സഞ്ജു പി ചെറിയാൻ ഒരു അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് പ്രൊഫസറും, ട്രെയ്നറും, നേതൃത്വ ഉപദേഷ്ടാവും, എഴുത്തുകാരനുമാണ്. പാരമ്പര്യേതര രീതികൾക്കും ജനങ്ങളെ സ്വാധീനിച്ചതിനും ഗ്ലോബൽ ടീച്ചർ അവാർഡ് 2020, നാഷണൽ ലെവൽ ടീച്ചർ ഫെലിസിറ്റേഷൻ അവാർഡ് 2019-20 തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി അവാർഡുകൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒരു പാവപ്പെട്ട കുടുംബത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച സഞ്ജുവിന്റെ അച്ഛൻ വളരെ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാണ് രണ്ടു മക്കളടങ്ങുന്ന കുടുംബത്തെ നോക്കിയിരുന്നത്. ഹോട്ടലിൽ വൈറ്ററായും മോർച്ചറി ജീവനക്കാരനുമൊക്കെയായി ചെറിയ ചെറുപ്പത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് എടുത്തുപറയാനായി കഴിവുകളൊന്നും ഇല്ലാഞ്ഞതിനാലും പഠിപ്പിലും മറ്റുമൊക്കെ കുറച്ച് മോശമായതിനാലും സഞ്ജു വളരെയധികം ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ സമൂഹത്തിൽ നിന്ന് അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചെറിയ ജോലികൾ ചെയ്തുവന്ന സഞ്ജുവിന്റെ അച്ഛൻ ചെറുപ്പം മുതലേ സഞ്ജുവിനെ ജോലിസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകുമായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടി കോളേജിൽ ചേർത്തതിന് ശേഷവും സഞ്ജുവിന് കാര്യമായ മാറ്റമൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായില്ല. ഒരുനാൾ കോളേജിലേക്ക് അച്ഛനെ വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തുകയും താൻ കാരണം അച്ഛന്റെ കണ്ണിലുണ്ടായ കണ്ണീർ കാണുകയും ചെയ്തത് സഞ്ജുവിന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ ശരിക്കും തട്ടി. കഷ്ടപ്പാട് അറിഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് വളർന്നതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ നല്ല സ്ഥാനത്തെത്തി കുടുംബത്തെ നോക്കണമെന്ന വാശി സഞ്ജുവിന് മെല്ലെ വരാൻ തുടങ്ങി. അവിടെനിന്ന് തുടങ്ങിയ സഞ്ജുവിന്റെ കഥ ഇന്ന് വളരെയധികം വഴിത്തിരിവുകൾക്ക് ശേഷം വിജയത്തിലെത്തി നിൽക്കുന്നു.

Sanju P Cherian who hails from Kottayam is an assistant Professor, trainer, leadership consultant and an author. He has received many awards including Global Teacher Award 2020, National Level Teacher Felicitation Award 2019-20, etc for his unconventional methods and impact on the people. Born into a poor family, Sanju's father worked hard to raise a family of two children. As a waiter at the hotel and mortuary employee, Sanju’s father has experienced a lot of hardships. Sanju faced many challenges from the community at a young age due to his lack of skills and his poor academic performance. Sanju's father used to take Sanju to work from an early age. Even after enrolling in a college with a lot of difficulties, Sanju did not change much. One day when the college management called his father to college and saw the tears in his father's eyes because of him, it really touched Sanju's mind. Growing up knowing the hardships, a sense of responsibility began to slowly come to terms with the need to take a good position in life and look after the family. Sanju's story, which started from there, is now a success after many twists and turns.
