Rocky Road Sticky Fudge - Easy Recipe

Ingredients
300g milk chocolate ( or dark chocolate )
400g sweetened condensed milk
30g unsalted butter
90g mini marshmallows
210g peanuts ( roasted and salted)
110g Turkish delights ( I just used 2 bars)

You will also need
20cm square baking tray
Baking paper
A knife

Method
Melt chocolate, butter and condensed milk in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring with a metal spoon - will take 2-3 minutes. when melted. add the rest of the ingredients, Stir well.
Poor mixture into a lined baking tray.
Cool in the fridge for 4 hours or over night.
Cut into chunks and serve :-)
