Ducati 900cc Drag Rail Swap??

We attempt to swap the 900cc Ducati Monster Super Sport engine onto our home-built drag rail go kart. Since the mini vintage drag rail was built with the Predator 670cc v twin in mind, it's very diffcult to install a completely different engine, even though it fits in the frame nicely. Drivetrain is a major issue, since the Ducati v twin makes much more power than the Predator, brakes will need to be significantly upgraded, chains, jackshafts, and more.
