How to Build a SIMPLE CUSTOM Mini Bike Pt. 1 | Full Suspension, E-Start Mini Dirt Bike!

We begin building our first ever custom mini bike! The goal is simple but stylistic design, full suspension, and comfortable features like rubber engine mounts, a springer seat, an electric start engine and front and rear brakes while maintaining awesome trail performance. We're using a Tillotson 212cc electric start engine, a Honda Z50R fuel tank, pit bike front and rear wheels, and a custom build chassis!

We used a fuel tank from a Honda Z50R, we used 1.25" tubing 0.083 wall for the upper frame rail, and 1" tubing 0.083 wall for the rest of the chassis (the build isn't completed yet but we wished we had used a slightly thinner wall tubing).
