ITALIAN MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM | without thermometer | tagalog/filipino | ❤❤❤
IMBC
2 large egg whites (85 gms)
2 tablespoon sugar
½ c sugar
2 ½ tablespoon water
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 c (225 gms) unsalted butter ( I used bakers best – margarine)
Double recipe
3 large egg whites (yes po, 3 lang po)
¼ c sugar
1 c sugar
1/3 c water
½ tsp vanilla
2 c unsalted butter
Good day everyone. Mag real time po tayo sa video po natin para mas masabayan nyo din po. May na missed lang po akong few seconds or a minute sa pag boil ng syrup sa may simula (will not affect naman po ung procedure) and the rest is real time na. Speed up mo na lang po if too long for you.
Ang IMBC po is almost the same lang ng pag gawa ng boiled icing. Except that, may hinalong sugar don sa egg whites bukod don sa syrup and wala pong cream of tartar (pede din po kayong gumamit ng cream of tartar pero optional po sya sa imbc, with or without is ok lang po). And sympre with butter sya. 😊
