Man spends more than 20 hours in restraint chair and dies

A Southwest Missouri mother is calling for new restrictions on a widely used device in county jails across the country. According to a lawsuit filed by Springfield attorney Brandon Potter-- Jane Brown's son sat in an emergency restraint chair-- for 21 straight hours.
