The most AMAZING comfort food that just happens to be a favorite Polish dish of mine...Haluski (aka Lazanki). Simple ingredients, simple instructions, but bursting with the tastes of cabbage, butter, onion, bacon, kielbasa and egg noodles all coming together in a flavor packed experience you and your family and friends will thank you for and ask for it again and again and again (this will make you a superhero at the next potluck, too) .
