Polish Breaded Pork Chops (KOTLET SCHABOWY)

Yes...that's right - Mike Oski's Kitchen is still open making old school heartwarming yet simple dishes. This week we are making Polish Breaded Pork Chops. We even kicked it up this week by making whole darn meal (don't worry there are other suggestions to pair with breaded pork chops).

This is an old school dish that I remember my mother making at home and also having this at almost, if not all, Polish weddings I went to as a kid. SO so so simple and not much work, time, or ingredients to goes into making this. You can do this and need to do it soon...it is a smile maker. Some bread crumbs, egg, flour, salt and pepper and minimal cooking time will deliver this gem to your family.

The breaded pork chops come out of the over very tender on the inside with a bit of crunch on the outside. I love love love these and I know you and your family will too.
