Sometimes property investment are not as good as you once thought. As a property investor it is easy to assume all things are easy but property investing is hard. On paper this property investment in Doncaster seemed like a really good deal, below market value with lots of potential. Even a property investor with 10 years of experience can make mistakes and I think I should have never bought this property.

This is a follow up video to the last property review were I spoke to a lot of people about what we should do with this property investment in Doncaster and In this video I'm attempting to get my money back by putting it in the auction!
