SSTC pt. 7 - The Miller effect & reverse transfer capacitance

Today, let's see what's a reverse transfer capacitance of IGBT and MOSFET transistors and the Miller effect. Let's do some more oscilloscope measurements in my Solid State Tesla Coil. I use a halfbridge of IGBT transistors (AOK60B65H2AL) driven by IR2153 chip via 15 ohm resistors. Let's see how the Miller capacitance affects the gate waveforms.
