skin care update / acne skin routine

Can my skin just be clear ha haa haaaa…honestly not complaining bc its been pretty good. I would say the least favorite product is the glycolic acid- I just don’t think its that active. The retinol in squalane is such a great formula even more so if you are new to retinol because the squalane locks in moisture making the retinol more tolerable for the skin and its non comedogenic so we love her. I love everything by Cerave you can’t go wrong, but if you have oily skin go for the foaming cleanser and the lotion mosturizer- for dry or combo skin definitely the hydrating cleanser and the moisturizing cream. I have tried their SA cleanser aaaannd I really didn’t see a difference so idk. They also have an acne foaming cleanser but that plus the exfoliants I use seems too much however it is a good formula. The Nizoral was game changer for me. It is an anti dandruff shampoo but it combats the fungal acne but dealing with the overgrowth of yeast. So I do sweat a lot regularly and from working out obviously, but some people are more prone to it…I also have dandruff and I see a lot of people with fungal acne deal with that as well so idk…it works so yuh. Wear spf and drink water...bye love you
