updated curly hair routine...devacurl controversy

Hey guys, so I have been using devacurl since I was 11 and I never had a bad experience (no burns or hair loss), but my hair does have a lot of damage. I always said it was from blowing drying my hair straight but now im not too sure. The controversy has me shook, so I am just going to mix things up to see what other products do for my hair. I'm always trying out new things anyway, but I am fully committed to finding a curly hair routine that helps my curls get back to the way they were…and maybe even better…
Also I really loved how the twists came out!!! I needed the practice and I just slept with them for the oils and leave-in to really saturate the hair, but I would wear them as a protective style when I get better at it (I need someone to part the back of my head lol heyyy mommmm). It reminded me when I was younger my mom would always braid my hair in all these cool different ways and made patterns with how she parted it…I remember all the time my classmates would ask me what was wrong with my head and they were TALKING ABOUT MY PART LMAOOO come on now…
*back to the review* Overall the products were amazing I was really shocked I loved them all tbh, but what can I say, ingredients don’t lie…these ingredients hit all the marks you want to see when looking for curly hair products.
