Middle age - embrace it or curse it?
It's no secret that I'm middle aged and have been for a while. If you are too, step right up and join me in an attempt to instill the belief in ourselves, and the world, that the show is far from over for the likes of us. What little tidbits I share here are based on research and are not just my opinions. I'm inspired by various sources, including @humbermanlab and Daniel J. Levitin's 'Successful Aging' (which I've only just started reading; more may follow on this channel).
