Forced to slow down + after the storm

Sometimes, the main ingredients of our lives seem to be things outside of our control. These past two weeks have been like that for me. Somewhat paradoxically, small dramas on the outside have created less drama on the inside. As usual, we are forced to accept, perhaps even embrace, these external happenings; what else is there to do? If anyone is feeling similarly slowed down, or overwhelmed, or something in between, feel free to share. That is what we are here for. All the best!
