Steak and Cheese Hoagies with Mushrooms, Onions and Peppers too!! Cooking with Mr. Tom

I am always glad to have y'all stop on in for Dinner. Tonight we are fixing up some Steak and Cheese Hoagies with all the Fixins. It starts out with marinated Sirloin Tip Steak, with pan fries, onions, peppers and mushrooms too. Then we top it all off with your favorite Cheese. Steak and Cheese Hoagies/ Sub Sandwiches with Mushrooms, Peppers and Onions Recipe:

Make up Mr. Tom's Papo's special Beef meat Marinade per recipe below or use your favorite Meat marinade.
1/4 to 1/3 Beef Steak per Sandwich, your choice, I used Sirloin Tip Steak, a little over 1 lb.
1 lb. Mushrooms, Baby Portabella or White Button Mushrooms. 1/4 lb. per Sandwich.
2 Large Green Bell Peppers, about 1/2 pepper per Sandwich
2 Large Onions, or 1/4 Onion per Sandwich
Cheese your choice, I used Mozzarella
Red Wine, your choice
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Hoagie/Sub rolls or Hot Dog Buns are good to Go to too.

Papo's Secret Beef Meat Marinade:
This recipe makes enough Marinade for 4 Steaks easy. Great for Steaks, Ribs, Roasts and works well in Hamburgers, Meatballs and even Meatloaf! You got to try it.

1/3 cup Dry Red Wine
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 to 4 Cloves Minced Fresh Garlic or 2 Tbsps Dehydrated Minced Garlic
2 Tbsps Dehydrated Minced Onions
2 Tbsps Honey
2 Tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 to 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper, depends on how much heat you like
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Ground Dry Rosemary
1 Tbsp Ground Dry Oregano Leaves, not powdered Oregano.
2 to 3 Dry Whole Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Put all ingredients in non reactive bowl, like glass, plastic or stainless steel. Never use Aluminum bowls please. MIx up ingredients thoroughly.
Pour Marinade over your Beef and let Marinate for 1 to 4 Hours or Overnight for Maximum Flavor.
