INGREDIENTS.

2 chopped onions
1 tables spoon turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tables spoon dhania powder
1 table spoon kali mirch powder
1 table spoon jeera powder
1 table spoon chilli powder
1table spoon amchur (mango powder)
3 table spoon mustard seeds and 4,5 garlic pieces.
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dhania leaves (chopped coriander).
Salt, according to taste.
