Hellow, everyone
Easy &quick gulab jamun recipe.
Ingredients :
1/2 liter milk (full fat)
3 tablespoon wheat flour
1/2 taespoon ghee
चुटकी भर baking powder
और baking soda.
2 cup oil
For chasni. :
2 cup sugar
2 cup water
2 इलीची (cardemom)
Little bit gulab jamun.
Method:
Take a milk in kadai, keep flame high and contineously stir and make thick rabdi.
Don't let malai layer form.
Off flame and mix 1 min. It's ready, transfer in a bowl and let it cool down.
Chasni. :
Add sugar, water in pan. Cook on medium flame for 10 to 12 min. In between add 3 crush इलीची । 10 min sugar syrup is ready to taste. It is not very thick.
Don't be watery taste.
Again, take malai.
Add 2 or 3 tbsp wheat flour. And mix well. Then add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and चुटकी भर baking soda.
Mix press and knead it like a smooth dough. Mix 2 min.
Then divide in equal parts rub between the plams. Make very smooth balls.
Heat oil at low flame. Drop balls in oil, first fry them on low flame till they are light brown. Keep rolling and spining balls in oil for uniform cooking. Once balls are gloden brown , increase the heat to give final color.
And look ready take them out.
Warm the chasni again not boiling hot. Drop gulab jamun in chasni. Cover the pan for 2 HOUR' .
Gulab jamun is 👌👌👌 ready.
