Ingredients
Instant oats
Ghee
Cashew
Peanut
Green chilli
Curry leaves
Curd
Salt
Chai seeds
Water
Mustard seeds
Dry red chilli
Hing
Pomegranate
Cucumber
White urad dal

Instructions for making

Soak chia seeds in water for 30 minutes
Bowl- dahi, water and whisk well
Add soaked chia seeds, cucumber, pomegranate
Pan- dry roast oats for 5 minutes
Bowl-add in above bowl..whisk well
Pan- add ghee, rai , white urad dal, curry leaves, peanuts, cashew..cook
Remove from heat and pour this over prepared chia oats mixture
Garnish with pomegranate, curry leaves, and cashew
Serve
