How I Recovered From Binge Eating Disorder

*** CORRECTION: I referenced that shame is ONLY correlated to negative self-harming and others-harming behavior. I SHOULD HAVE said it is HIGHLY correlated. I am working on finding those studies now, but Brene Brown is the researcher from whom I've heard the information and I highly advise reading and viewing everything you can of hers if you struggle with shame. ***

I outline all the things I tried to overcome my Binge Eating Disorder. I tellyou what worked, what didn't, how I've changed and what I do now. I haven't had the feeling of a compulsion to binge in nearly four years, since I started doing the last item on this list.
