This is a sound video from my sitting down to calibrate my feet to small ankle motions. This IS the warm-up, so my feet are far from perfect. I use the Ultimate Stickings using very small motions to not only get my footspeed from previous, longer practices back but to immediately get faster than before. This is up to a point of course. I'm not a speed metal drummer. I don't use my feet fast very often. I lose speed by not using it musically. But I need to be able to do it when I need to be able to do it. The Instagram version has a longer, more musically appropriate coordination improvisation.
