What this is, is explained below. Firstly, I LOVE the comments. People are into fun like this and also can be quite funny. To know, this skill BECAME easy for me and can be for you with the laser focus method of Rhythm Knowledge. I can play technical things that are way beyond this, but they sound so bad musically to most everyone. I thought that 8-12 was a good start. This video displays polyrhythms that fit in the same pulse and cannot be further divided, like time-stretched ones that do not fit in a felt pulse, but rather, turn one of the limbs into the pulse. The difficult part is playing these non-stop while flipping limb leads AND patterns between the limb pairs. I picked a tempo and numbers that are more than the typical 2,3,4,5, but not too large as is used in Rhythm Knowledge, Volume II. Watch the light and have fun!
