Ingredients:
Guard Macaroni 2 cups
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Red capsicum 1/2 cup
Yellow capsicum 1/2 cup
Green capsicum 1/2 cup
Cabbage (chopped) 1/2 cup
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Red chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Fresh coriander as required
Cheese as required
Instructions:
In a pan of slightly salted water add two tablespoon oil and boil Guard macaroni until 80% done.
In another pan heat oil and garlic and sauté it for a minute.
Then add onion, tomatoes and sauté until soft. Add water and cook it for 2 to 3 minute.
Add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Now ad soy sauce, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, ketchup, vinegar and mix it well.
Add capsicums, carrots, cabbage and coat them well in sauce.
Now add water as required and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Lastly add boiled macaroni, chaat masala and give it a good mix.
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
