Today I have an awesome recipe to share with you for my sixth weight-loss recipe! A lovely subscriber named Laura offered me a fabulous suggestion to share a WLS-Friendly picnic recipe, no doubt perfect for all the upcoming summer holidays! So today I have a light, refreshing take on chicken wings, my Lemon-Garlic-Rosemary wings! These succulent, aromatic wings will give you a sure-fire protein option at your next picnic or party, plus I PROMISE they will wow everyone who tries them as well!
**Please consult your personal surgeon/nutritionist if you are not sure you can eat any of these foods**
A serving is 4 oz of chicken wings, which by my scale, was 2 large/medium chicken wing pieces.
Ingredients:
4 lbs of chicken party wings, drumettes, etc.
3 large lemons (3/4-1 cup of lemon juice)
3-6 cloves of garlic (I recommend 3 if serving to guests that may not be garlic lovers)
1 sprig fresh rosemary
salt
pepper
1-2 tbs olive oil

This information is for 1 serving (2 chicken wings)!

-190mg sodium
-1g carbs
-1g sugar
-0g fiber
