Weight-Loss Recipe #5: Apple/Plum/Yogurt Fruit Rollups! *High Protein* *WLS Friendly!*

Today I have an awesome recipe to share with you for my fifth weight-loss recipe! I love and miss fruit dearly, and since my Genepro just arrived, I figured I could try to throw some in a batch of homemade fruit roll-ups and make it high protein! My friend also wants to get into hiking, and it sounds fun to me, but I need homemade snacks because normal trail mix and such won’t cut it for me as a WLS patient. I love the idea of making high protein hiking snacks, so here is my first one, with delicious fruit and yogurt!
**Please consult your personal surgeon/nutritionist if you are not sure you can eat any of these foods**
This recipe makes enough for 8 servings, which would be 2 pieces of fruit leather. (Each wheel cut into 8 pieces)
Ingredients:
2 mini/lunchbox sized honeycrisp apples
2 small-medium plums
1 – 5.3 oz container of 0% fat plain greek yogurt
1 scoop of Genepro (Or unflavored protein powder of your choice)
Nutritional Information:
This information is for 1 serving (2 piece of fruit leather)!

-56 calories
-0g Fat
-15mg sodium
-9g carbs
-6g sugar
-1g fiber
-7g protein!!
