The drop is sounding great—but the first section is starting to feel too repetitive. In this session, I walk through how I approach variation by designing a new bass sound that keeps the rhythm similar but changes the tone and movement. I show how I tweak pitch bend automation and layer in a more rhythmic, glitchy element to balance out the original root note bass. This kind of variation is key to keeping drops interesting and evolving!
