Making a Stainless Steel Fire Pit

I run a bushcraft school when not playing in my shed and needed a fire braier/stand for bring around when doing bushcraft demos at festivals etc where I might not be permitted to light a fire on the ground. So I had a small sheet of stainless steel I picked out of a skip along with some old railings and got to work. It was also a good project to practice my welding on as you can see there not very neat but they hold perfectly well. The steel is very hard in comparison to mild steel and took a lot longer to cut and hammer than I was expecting but with a bit of brute force I got it there. I will have some additions I will be adding to this in the future so keep an eye out for them too. It turned out preety good and looks well in use and has recieved lots of good comments from people who have seen it. I hope you enjoy the build.
