Haiti's new presidential council takes oath
After nearly two months of waiting, Haiti's Presidential Council has finally been sworn-in amidst big concerns over security threats. The nine-member council was installed in Port-au-Prince this Thursday, April 25, amidst threats from heavily armed gangs that have taken over 90 percent of the capital city. Harold Isaac reports from Port-au-Prince.
