In case you’re new here, my name is Justyn and I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a longgggggg time. I’ve struggled with my weight for my entire adult life. Plenty of yo-yo dieting followed up with failed attempts at staying consistent. 2 years ago I was finally able to get it somewhat under control through the WW (Weight Watchers) program. Since then I’ve been through many ups and downs accompanied with weight gain and mental health issues. Regardless, this is my story and I figured it was time to share it with you all.
