Cooking w/ Korean Mother in Law | Galbi-jiim (Korean Braised Short Ribs)

Fall is in full swing in Korea, and for us, that means our favorite Korean fall/winter foods are back on the menu! Galbi-jiim (braised short ribs) is one of these savory fall/winter foods that we absolutely love. Since Kyuho's mom is a master cook and can make THE most delicious galbi-jjim, she agreed to be our guest this week and walk us through how she makes her style of Korean braised short ribs :)

Short Ribs 300g
Soy Sauce 2 TBS
Sugar 1 TBS
Pear extract 1 TBS
Soju 1 TBS
Minced Garlic 1 TBS
Water 1/4 Cup
Sesame oil 1/2 TBS
A little bit of pepper and ground sesame mixed with salt
