He said that his business was going through hard times, but that there were buyers who were willing to pay a lot of money for the entire chain. Dad had thought it over and decided he wanted to sell everything for them to be rich for the rest of their lives, but his partner, Alex, simply refused to sell the business. They started to fight over it frequently and this lasted for several months. The buyers warned my dad that they were going to rescind their offer. Because of this, he decided to go to extreme measures and he asked me to seduce Alex... he wanted to blackmail him, and even a photo of our kiss would be enough to do it…

To be honest, I freaked out when I heard what he was asking me to do. But... After a while, he managed to convince me... According to my dad, Alex simply did not understand that they would go bankrupt within a couple of years. My father said that if I agreed, I would save our family from poverty. Dad threw a party that all of his friends were invited to so that Alex wouldn't suspect anything. I didn't dress provocatively, but I looked beautiful. When Alex came, I tried to stay close to him the whole time. When everyone started dancing, I discreetly invited Alex to my room, and he followed me, surprisingly. At first it seemed weird that he took my bait so quickly, but then I understood why. Alex is about forty years old, but he's not married. It turned out that a couple of months ago, I visited my dad at work, he saw me, and apparently liked me... He was waiting for me to turn 18 so he could start hitting on me. But right now I was making this happen a little earlier. I was glad to hear that, but I didn't even think about a relationship with him, because all I had in mind was my dad's plan. Being grateful for the confession, I kissed him, but immediately after the video was taken, I grabbed the hidden camera, and left the room without explanation, to let my dad know that his plan had worked.

So dad asked Alex to come to the kitchen to talk, and I just stood there to see what would happen next. As a result, my father, as planned, started blackmailing Alex using the video of us kissing. They yelled at each other, but in the end, Alex was left with no choice. I can't imagine how he felt at that moment, but he literally flew out of our house. It was very unpleasant to participate in blackmailing, but I convinced myself that this would only make everything better. Maybe it would've, but our kitchen was next to the bathroom, and my mother was there during the whole conversation. She heard everything and came to us shocked and yelling. She was angry at me for doing this, but she was angry at my dad the most... Dad's excuses were that all of this was for our family’s benefit, but that didn't work for her. She didn't talk to him at all for a couple of days, and eventually, she decided to file for divorce…

A month later, my dad moved out of our house as she asked... he received the money from the buyers of the business, but ... it was no longer of any use. Dad tried to get mom back, but she didn't want to see him. And that was just the beginning of the story... After a while, my mother and I got back into our old routine. I still went to school, but I wasn't in the mood for modeling or friends. I visited my dad Sometimes, but most of the time I replayed all of the events in my head, and regretted that I had agreed to this so easily. I felt the most sorry for Alex. Not because he had to sell the business, but because he was betrayed by his friend and the girl he genuinely liked all at once. At some point, I really wanted to apologize to him. I found him on Facebook, but I didn't dare text him. I just started going through his page sometimes to check if and see if there were any updates.
A few months had passed since that horrible party, and it was finally my birthday.
