Creamy Tortellini Soup EASY

The cold weather makes it perfect for soup! I will be making a creamy tortellini soup. This soup is so easy to make and you can garnish it to make it extra hearty. This is good hearty soup to keep you warm for the winter.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp Italian dried herb blend
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
15.5 oz jar or 2 cups marinara sauce
4 cups beef broth
2 cups water
5 oz fresh baby spinach
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
