These fat loss sessions are great in isolation or to pair with our 10-15 min HIIT.
The main difference between these sessions and our normal HIIT/Circuit is the rate at which you can perform. For the majority training at maximal capacity anaerobically is only possible for bursts of 10-30s before performance output starts to greatly reduce.
