Flat Belly and Slim Arms Workout ✧ Do this for 28 days para lumiit ang braso at tyan! (2-in-1 HIIT)

Say goodbye to belly fat and arm fat with this 2-in-1 workout! Do this for 28 days to achieve a flat belly and slim arms.

This workout is beginner friendly, all standing and no jumping with no equipment needed but feel free to use dumbbells for added resistance. You can also add jumps in some moves to increase heart rate further.
