So I thought it would make a good video to show you the house I just bought. Many people say they are having a hard time finding good deals where they live, and I'm no exception. So I started to doing research on the Real Estate Market in Puerto Rico and I liked what the data was showing me. After driving around the island and making offers on a couple of houses, several months later we finally closed on a house. Here is a tour of the house and I'll show you what I plan to do with it and how I will make money with it.
