Puerto Rico Remodel Update Including Purchase Price and Budget - Real Estate Investing

I finally made it back to Puerto Rico to work on the house. The nasty Rona Situation is making this job very difficult. But we made it back to Puerto Rico and we got quite a bit done while we were there. I've really had a lot of views on my video about Buying A House in Puerto Rico and the most asked questions where "how much did it cost?" "how close to the beach is it?" and "how much does the remodel cost". So I'm going to be answering all of those questions in this video and showing you the progress we made on the house. I put the remodeling budget at the end of the video. The numbers in Blue are the actual numbers and the numbers in black are guestimates.
