Well, this was definitely a chance encounter - but if you stroll the beach you never know what you may find here in Puerto Escondido Oaxaca.

This is an Olive Ridley sea turtle laying eggs! We’ve never seen sea turtles laying eggs on the beach so this was an incredible experience!

This beautiful Olive Ridley turtle came up out of the water here in Puerto Escondido Mexico - dug her nest, laid 104 eggs, covered it up, and bounded back into the water in under an hour!
